November is the one month of the year that men can leave their shaver to gather dust and let their moustaches grow out in support of men's health.
Movember has rolled around for another year, encouraging Australian men to grow their mo' in support of the two biggest health issues men face, prostate cancer and mental health.
The men's health awareness month started right here in Australia, becoming a global movement and gaining participants in New Zealand, the UK, the US, Canada, South Africa, Ireland and more.
Funds raised from the programs are donated to Movember's partners, the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia and beyondblue: the national depression initiative.
A number of events will be taking place across the country to support the cause, including the Running of the Mo's, which will have Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Hobart hosting Mo Runs.
The first of these to take place is Sydney's Run4Fun on November 4, followed by the City2Sea in Melbourne and Mousdash in Brisbane on November 11 and finally the gruelling Point to Pinnacle race in Hobart on November 18.
